Enchanted Lantern: Obtained!

I got this pet late last night after the raid, I was aiming to get the [Dark Phoenix Hatchling] I have 49 reps at exalted and I am currently missing the 3 PvP reps and most of the Cataclysm reps, And I know for a fact that Nøtt has the pvp reps sorted and Urdren at the least has all the Cataclysm ones. I figured they should both have been revered by now with the guild too, which is the requirement for [United Nations]. However upon hitting revered no achievement was awarded, a little confused I went to check it out and it seems it's currently on the setting of an -individual- getting 55 reps to exalted! Well.. I'm not far off I just need to grab those Cataclysm ones and maybe Og'rilla or something, Maybe even finish off my Oracle rep. xD

With slight disappointment in not being able to obtain the hatchling my lust for a new pet was not sated, So I thought 'What the heck!' and went ahead and created the [Enchanted Lantern].
The mats for this pet are quite expensive as it requires a [Maelstrom Crystal], Which as everyone is still gearing up there are not a lot of these going spare, they sell for about 1.5k on the AH. Now due to the ridiculous price of the mats I thought I would leave this pet for a long time and make one when everything has gone down in price. I've been wanting to make it ever since I maxed my enchanting skill, But last night whilst staring at the Crystals in the AH I thought, 'Well, I've spent more on a pet before' which is completely true.
I was given 10k G for a Christmas present, so I may as well treat myself to something nice after all..
So 'Thank you Akaize!' for this little lantern pet. :D
